Obama's Supreme Reasoning

Our President's ideological blindness never ceases to amaze me. Since when is "empathy" required to apply the Constitution to cases approaching the Supreme Court? Perhaps an understanding of the Constitution and the principles on which it is founded would rank slightly higher than "empathy," don't you think?

Thomas Sowell makes a great case. Here's a must read!

David Souter must have some kind of vendetta against both the Republican Party as well as the rule of law, that he would choose to retire precisely when Obama is in office. He could have easily made the same announcement just a few months ago, which would have prevented the tragedy of whomever Obama chooses to replace him.

Thomas Sowell has more wisdom in his little pinky than Obama will ever have in his lifetime. It is another sign that we live in a broken world, that Obama is King of the Hill, while Thomas Sowell is known by nobody except a few diehard conservatives.

Thomas sowell knows a lot, but Souter was appointed because he knew very little and foulrd Conservatives easily, I am glad to see Souter retiring, and in the future Conservatives must appoint people like Robert Bork, or to the right of Robert Bork.

That is, of course, assuming that our country ever gets a solid conservative in the White House again. Obama may do so much harm to our country, that there may be no turning back.

President Obama has done a very good job,
It is not one day or two days, America will come back on track, since President Bush has messed up our America.
America is, and will be the greatest country in the world, but mayba, my generation wont see the prosperity we had during the Clinton Administration.
No words can be more severe to blame President Bush for what he has done for us Americans.
You guys need constructive views about the future of our country, not finger poking around everyday.
