More Global Warming Arrogance

The latest report declares people who are overweight as a danger to the environment. Being overweight, according to the 'study,' means they are more likely to drive cars rather than walk, etc. I'm tired of these "studies," that show so much supposed concern for the environment and so little for human beings! If we paid any real attention to all these reports, women would all get hysterectomies, no one would drive (unless we drove hybrids), and perhaps all overweight people would take up smoking in order to get thin!

I think the article serves different purposes.

It diverts attention from Tea Parties, things that are really important like islamisation and homegrown jihadists, and Obama's communists actions.
It gives Oprah and other real-life desperate housewifes something to talk about so they will keep busy with, usefull things.
And it will provide 'fat' people with a sense of guilt and worthlessness. And guilt of course, is one of the ultimate mindcontol techniques. This article will give us all someone to blame and never again will we look at a fat person the same way as we always have. There will always be this suspicious feeling lurking somewhere in the back of our conciousness trying to expose this person of deliberately being FAT!
I mean, let's face it: How many 3rd world children stárve every year just so that a bunch of FAT people can eat enough to fill their húge bellies?

The 'educated' elitists will know what's best for you and the world and us simple peasants will just have to listen to that in all our misery.
It's almost a faireytale.

Julius Caesar knew it already: Give the people Bread and Circuses (Panem et Circensus).

The article is só ridiculous, people will have no choice but to talk about it.
It is the same strategy with those annoying dish cleaner commercials.

And oh, all these 'studies' are thought of and paid for by taxpayers money. This is what the government spends your money on.

If the enviro-nazis are so worried about people being overweight , all they have to do is look at Al (the whale ) Gore .

Gore is only for the rich to be able to use energy..

I heard about this on the news. Instead of going my more familiar route of analyzing this politically, I took it quite personally, as just another reason to be depressed and angry at myself.

I hate myself enough as it is for looking the way I do, for being so G-d damned fat. I used to have dreams of looking great, only to wake up to the reality of my gross obesity.

And now this study came out. Fine, if I am such a burden to society because I cannot seem to stop eating, then maybe I should go the way of Karen Carpenter, and starve myself to death. At least then, I won't be a burden on anyone.

Being fat and buying an AR-15 may be the most patriotic things a person could do right now...that being said I don't know what that says about my weightloss surgery.

A friend with whom I felt close, died two days ago. I was in shock when I wrote the above, and frankly am still completely stunned by the news. She was only 51 years old.

Genuinely good people whose purity and innocence goes right to their innermost core, are hard to come by. May G-d be with you in Heaven, my dearly departed female Christian friend.
