Is he governing or campaigning?
I'm struck by President Obama's actions this week. It appears to me that he is still in campaign mode. His appearance on the Tonight Show was fine (with the obvious exception of the "special olypmpics" reference) for someone running for office. But, I'm not convinced it's a very presidential thing to do. I want to see the President working, not joking around with Jay Leno, especially in the midst of such an economic crisis.
This week the President also released a video message to Iran. This is much too reminiscent of his campaign. More to the point, I question the effectiveness of such a medium for a message from the President of the United States to a rogue state.
Enough campaigning, Mr. President. Let's get some work done!

Obama is scary and dangerous.
Obama does'nt want to get work done , he wants to be liked by the extreme left in America.

Brigitte Gabriel points out very clearly that we are not only fighting islamic terrorists, but also the, what she calls, Politically Correct Theater of the Absurd.
Homeland Security director Janet Napolitano now refers to islamist terrorism as "man-caused disasters", because she "wants to move away from the politics of fear toward a policy of being prepared for all risks that can occur".
You can call the Department of Homeland Security Comment Line, 202/282-8495 to tell them what you think of it.
Brigitte also explains why a message of love, peace and understanding, to a muslim is a message of surrender.
Unfortunately the interviewer is not capable of following her brilliant clarification.

Your crazy makes my measured response to Obama look bad.
Could you all just find a policy way to criticize the President?
Kathleen, you fall for substantial criticism on Obama which, supposedly, is a real crime against humanity.
In the 1940's criticising Hitler was considered a real warcrime, so Hitler only did what anyone should have done:
he killed them.
If you fall over 'words' rather than substance, you wil not stand for anything.
In all honesty, as almost unanimous as this forum has been against our Sultan, I do not think we have been critical enough of him. It may sound melodramatic to compare our Sultan to adolf shitler, yet the parallels are so clearly there that it sends chills up and down my spine.
Think about it. In the 1930's, the whole world was experiencing a terrible economic Depression. Germany's pride was knocked out, as a result of engaging in an unpopular war which many perceived that they lost. Along comes a charismatic leader who writes a book, laying out his philosophy and plans about how to rule the government, long before he gets into power. He makes sure to win over its youth, confiscate ordinary citizens' guns, vastly expands the governmental control over people's lives, and censors anybody who disagrees with him. He is decidedly against traditional, Judeo-Christian values, to the point where he openly advocates policies that cause the deaths of countless Jews. All of what I have just described, applies equally to Sultan oBongo.
I could go on and on, but the point is, is that it is not far-fetched at all to call our Sultan, Fuhrer oBongo, because that is his goal. He is moving our country into becoming a pro-islamofascist, Marxist tyranny.
America is now in a culture war between the Bible-hating socialists and those of us who cling to our religion and guns. Depending on whether our side is strong and determined enough, will determine whether or not Sultan oBongo realizes his dream of becoming our Fuhrer.
I think that those Republicans who have been critical of him doing this, have it all backward. It is not that Sultan oBongo should not have gone on the Tonight Show. It is that Republican Presidents and other such leaders, should also appear on that show.
See, one of the reasons why the Dummycrats keep winning elections, is because the average person on the street, thinks that the Dummycrats are on their side. I realize, of course, that the truth is exactly the opposite, that the Dummycrats are elitists who love to confiscate more and more of our hard-earned money, but I am talking here about perception, and sometimes, perception is even more important than reality.
One of the aspects of President Reagan's genius, was his ability to do just that, to carry himself as being one of the common people. In his case, he was telling the truth, but that is not the point. Republicans need to have their image changed in this one aspect.
Put another way, there is nothing wrong with the content of our message, as much as how we are presenting that message. And sometimes, how one says things, is even more important than what one is saying.

Obama has only been chosen by the people in power to soothen the awareness of elite control of the masses; not the people with a brain.
First you turn Bush into a black sheep, and then you give a black president and a mantra of change/hope. Now that the false sentiments of hope have done it's work, the masses can go back to sleeping and watching oprah again.
Dhimmicrats, however, always need someone to blame for the problems. With a black president, who are they going to blame?
It's a real dilemma for them.
The answer is...George Bush. Any thing good that might happen these next several years, the Dummycrats will credit to Sultan oBongo. And anything he fails at, they will put the blame on President Bush.
