Personal Update
I'm glad to see that my last post on Nancy Pelosi has gotten such a passionate response. I make no apology for poking fun at Nancy Pelosi's gaffe. None.
You'll see my commentary more frequently and consistently in the coming weeks as I'm being confined to bed rest for a few weeks. Our baby girl is well worth my having to slow down (and stop), to say the least. So, get ready for lots more commentary. There's plenty to talk about!

Frankly, I'd say get less involved.
Politics on the internet is usually a means to get under someones skin. You better protect your baby from such influences.
Be a Panda.
I'm looking forward to more posts and participation in the comments from you :)
I am just an amateur, so Lores can take my advice with a grain of salt, but I would really like to give her some health advice. This can apply to anybody, yet I would think all the more so to a woman in her 30s who is about to have her first baby.
First and foremost, I suggest that Lores drinks as much water as possible. The formula told to me, is to drink one half of one's weight in ounces. I have no idea what Lores weighs now, but I would estimate her pre-pregnancy weight to be around 125. Well, half of that is 62.5, and that amount in ounces is about eight glasses of water per day. I myself need to drink about twenty glasses of water per day! It sounds like a lot, but the truth is that we humans can go without food a whole lot longer than we can without water.
Secondly, the best diet possible that one can eat, is the following: fish (especially sardines, wild salmon, and/or herring) for protein, raw vegetables and berries for carbs, and monounsaturated sources for fats, such as olive oil, almonds, and avocados. And, one should try to add garlic/onion powder (not salt!) to each of one's meals as well, for their strong anti-inflammatory effect.
Third is exercise. This may not be possible in Lores' situation, but it is generally thought that one should make sure to walk 10,000 steps throughout one's day. In other words, more important than going to a gym to work out, is to find ways to move one's body in everyday circumstances. This can be, for example, parking a block away from one's home, or parking the furthest parking space in a supermarket when going shopping, and so on.
Fourth is adaquate rest. Seven to nine hours of sleep per night, and reduce stress during the day whenever possible. I know for myself, that when I listen to 18th century classical music, it definitely relaxes me and serves to cheer me up. So do my pet rabbits, who are the cutest, most adorable, gentle, little creatures on Planet Earth.
Religion, family, and friends are perhaps most important of all, but since Lores undoubtedly has an overabundance of all of these things, I could hardly presume to give her advice in these matters.
All in all, let us wish the best for this fine woman!
