The long-standing anti-Israel policy of the mainstream, liberal media is actually one of the reasons why I became a political conservative in the first place. The press enjoys its freedoms and is able to make its living the way it does precisely because of the very people that they hate (namely freedom loving Americans). At the same time, they serve as the propaganda arm for the same islamofascists who would cut their heads off if given the chance to do so. And yet, the mainstream leftist press favors the islamofascists and other third world dictatorships, while disdaining America and Israel. Very, very strange.
People like to imagine they are David fighting Goliath in the name of socialism. This imaginary feeling of pureness is a viruslike disease eating up any trace of rationality. They fail to see the arrogance of islam and the supremacist mentality of it's followers.
