McCain would need to carry Florida and Ohio (doable) and either Nevada or New Mexico (very doable).

It is definitely California's sad loss and Texas' lucky gain that Lores Rizkalla has moved from her home in Pasadena to Texas. She is sure to find more like-minded people in Texas than here, which is precisely why I think she should have stayed here. California needs her more than Texas does.

I definitely look forward to Lores Rizkalla returning to introducing topics in here for her many fans to comment on. I hope that she had a very happy, enjoyable, and festive wedding. Her husband is so lucky to have her!

As for the electoral college portrayed by TK in here, I wish I could be so optimistic. Every time I look at the Electoral College Camp at the very reliable website of Real Clear Politics, it shows Obama so far ahead of McCain, that it would be almost impossible for McCain to overtake him. I am trying to not lose hope, yet the tide definitely seems to be going all in favor of Obama and away from McCain.
